Butterfield Overland Mail Route 
Hi! I just found your website after I posted a short article on the Butterfield Overland Mail Route on our genealogy blog. I have a different pic of the markers at Tipton, MO. than you do, so I’m not exactly sure where your marker is located at. My husband’s family is from central Missouri — mostly Cole, Miller, & Morgan counties. I had read somewhere that the Butterfield Stage Line stopped in Spring Garden, MO. and ran through Olean to Versailles. Do you know anything about that? Or could that have been another stage line?
